What forms of payment do you accept?

We are cashless. We accept any type of card or tap to pay. If you’d like to leave a tip in cash you are more than welcome to do so, but we do not have cash on hand for change.

Do you provide bikini services for Males and Females?

At this time, we only provide bikini services for Female anatomy.

How long should my hair be for a Brazilian/Bikini Wax?

If you have shaved, it needs to be grown out at least 3 weeks from your last shave in order to wax. If it’s shorter, we risk not all of your hair coming out, extra irritation/redness and breakage. If your hair is super long, just let it be! No need to trim, as you can make it too short in some areas.

What should I do before my wax?

Try to exfoliate 3-4 times per week leading up to your wax. When you come in, we will go over specific instructions based on your skin type and customize a skincare routine to you.

Can I still get waxed during my cycle?

Yes! You absolutely can, you just need to have a tampon or a menstrual cup in and we will be good to go. If you don’t feel comfortable with this please make sure to cancel 24 hours ahead of your appointment time as the late cancellation fee still applies.

Can I bring my children to my appointment?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow children in the suite as there are too many things within their reach that they could be dangerous.

What should I avoid after my wax?

For the next 24-48 hours you will want to avoid: sweating, touching the skin, intimacy, tanning, exercising and exfoliating. These things can lead to further irritated skin, folliculitis, and bacteria in the pores.

How do I use my products?

Cleanser: Daily in shower. Bush Balm Scrub: 3-4 times per week in shower. Bush Balm Oil: Daily right after your shower. Continue this process even when the hair is fully grown out.

Will I get ingrown hairs?

With the proper skincare routine…nope! However, 80% of preventing ingrown hairs is done at home. It's important to use non-comedogenic products and use them at the recommended frequency provided by your Esthetician.

What’s the maintenance program?

This is for returning MWS clients who have had a bikini wax within 5 weeks of their last wax with us. Get a discount on your service for being consistent!

How often should I be waxing?

For body services, every 4-5 weeks. For facial services and underarms, every 2-3 weeks!

Cancellations/Reschedules

Any cancellations or rescheduling within 24-2 hours of your appointment time are subject to a 50% fee of services booked. Cancellations/rescheduling within 2 hours of your appointment are subject to a fee of 100% of the services booked.

Late Policy

We have a 5 minute grace period from the time your appointment begins. Please communicate with us if you know you are running behind and we will do our best to see if we can accommodate you. If you are past the 5 minute grace period and we can not accommodate you, your appointment will be marked as a no show.

If you have multiple services booked we may be able to still take you and do one service. However, if that is the case you are still charged for ALL services due to that timeframe still being blocked for your appointment.

No Show

If we do not hear from you or you arrive past the 5 minute grace period you are marked as a no show. No shows are subject to a fee of 100% of the services booked.

Extra Info

If any fees do not go through, you will be blocked from booking in the future until the fees are paid.

Children

Unfortunately, we do not allow kids in the rooms or to be left alone in the lobby without parental supervision. Please keep in mind this is due to the many things that could be potentially dangerous to children including sharp corners and the hot wax. Additionally, the front desk associates are not responsible for watching children that are left in the lobby by themselves.

If a client has an infant in a carrier, they may bring them in the room but they must stay in the carrier. Strollers are not permitted in the rooms.

If a client comes to their appointment with a child other than an infant, we will have to cancel the appointment because we can not accommodate that appointment and the late cancellation fee will apply.

Waxing On Your Cycle

We can absolutely still wax while on your cycle! You will just need to have a tampon or menstrual cup in during the service. If you do not feel comfortable getting waxed on your cycle, we totally understand however, be sure to reschedule/cancel 24 hours before your appointment as the late cancellation fee still applies if you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment time.
